Chronic Fatigue

Chronic Fatigue is a complex symptom as it may have a thousand root causes, with the assessment and diagnosis being a very individualized process for each patient.  One of the leading challenges for diagnosing chronic fatigue is that many of the root causes are not accurately confirmed with standard available testing. Two leading causes of fatigue that are easily and accurately assessed are adrenal fatigue and hypothyroidism. Following an accurate assessment for thyroid and adrenal function is a battery of potential labs for hidden infections and environmental toxins. Most patients with fatigue have other symptoms such as brain fog, joint pain, numbness and tingling in the hands and feet. These symptoms, and a multitude of others that are reported by our patients with fatigue, guide our Naturopathic Physician toward the right testing, therapies, or trials to discover the hidden root causes of fatigue. Once discovered a combination of natural and possible prescription therapies will be provided to treat and restore energy and vitality.
