Here is one perspective on optimal wellness—
A body that moves well and has vibrant energy. A brain that builds good thoughts and extrapolates possibility and forward movement whether that’s in work/business, play, creative pursuits, etc. A mind that is quick, focused, contented, more often prone to happiness than depression. An immune system with vitality that bolsters the proper response in the face of infection. A body well-connected with mind and spirit. Overall wellness that allows you to think, do, and experience life freely.
This is the ultimate goal in improving your overall health, whatever health concerns you currently have. Improving your health so you have more time to truly enjoy your life!

Amazing! Dr. Williams will work with you to find the root cause of your mental health concerns so you can correct them.

Comprehensive lab testing can help us investigate areas of nutrient deficiencies that can be perfected, as well as, a naturopathic approach to supplementation & lifestyle to ensure you recover faster and better after each training session.

The gastrointestinal system is the root of health and ensuring good GI health means you are as healthy as possible. Common GI conditions seen include: GERD/reflux, gas, bloating, SIBO, constipation, food intolerance/allergies, Celiac disease, gluten intolerance, leaky gut, and poor digestion. Comprehensive stool analysis is offered which allows you to know exactly what is living inside your gut, in which ratios, and what factors need to be altered through diet and supplemental changes so everything is optimized.
Additionally, she regularly works with patients that have more complex conditions in conjunction with their specialists to provide an integrative approach.
Dr. Williams received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (SCNM) where she also completed a 2-year general medicine residency. She has taught biology labs as an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University and currently teaches botanical medicine at SCNM.
In addition to practicing medicine– she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, painting, and powerlifting (because picking up heavy things and putting them down is quite fun!).
