I am so excited to announce that East Valley Naturopathic Doctors will now be offering a Candida and Food Allergy Diet Workshop. Many of us have been diagnosed with candida or food allergies and have been struggling with how to shop and what to eat on this new diet!
Join Dr. Carrie Rittling for a one hour workshop where she will help guide you through your dietary restrictions with helpful swaps and substitutes for the foods you are no longer eating.
You will leave the workshop knowing:
- how to read food ingredient labels to ensure you are not accidentally consuming a food you are allergic or sensitive to
- how to replace wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and other common food allergies or sensitivities.
- how to replace sugar and artificial sweenteners
- how to prepare delicious, healthful meals for you and your family
The workshop will be limited to 4-5 patients an hour so that Dr. Rittling can tailor the meal plans to you and your family’s likes and dislikes.

The workshop will be held on Wednesday February 8th and Wednesday February 22nd from 5 PM-6 PM. The cost to attend is $45. Please call the front desk to schedule the date that works best for you.
Currently I am in the middle of tax season so cannot attend either of these workshops but would love to attend one in the future.

How much does the food allergy testing cost?

The food allergy testing varies in price depending on your insurance and which type of food allergies you are testing. All the doctors at East Valley offer free 15 minute consults if you are interested in food allergy testing and the pricing can be discussed during the consult.
