2020 Cold and Flu Prevention Protocols

By March 17, 2020May 9th, 2023No Comments

The Doctors at EVND know how important it is to stay healthy especially during the cold and flu season so we would like to make some general recommendations in order to help you do so.  If kids, co-workers or loved ones are ill then it is likely that you could be next, so it is best to get started on the supplements ahead of time or proactive in order to avoid it or thwart it more quickly. Below are some recommendations, but none of it replaces an appointment with the doctor if you are not getting better as there may be more specific recommendations made to you as an individual. Key rules to follow: Eat healthily, drink plenty of fluids, get good rest, manage your stress and wash your hands!
