Dr. Lambert is aware that in today’s high paced society, many people work under high stress situations that are depleting to our body, often leading to sub-optimal health or even illness. To address this, along with taking a thorough case history, Dr. Lambert will often utilize specialty testing such as IgG Food Allergy testing, Neurotransmitter testing, and Adrenal Function testing. These tests provide individualized information for each patient, in which specific therapies can then be used to help the body to heal. Individualized treatment therapies often involve one or more of the following: homeopathy, botanical medicine, acupuncture, nutritional support, and hormonal support. Dr. Lambert is passionate about botanical medicine and uses herbs frequently in her practice. She has completed additional training in botanical medicine at GAIA herb farm in North Carolina. Dr. Lambert graduated from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. During her time at SCNM she focused her studies on women’s health and natural childbirth and has completed many additional hours in these areas. After graduating, Dr. Lambert did a preceptorship with several women’s health specialists in her field. She also worked as advancement associate for the college and was elected to serve on the Student Advancement Team (SAT). Dr. Lambert is trained as a Reike practitioner and is a member of the American Association for Naturopathic Physicians (AANP). Prior to medical school, Dr. Lambert received her bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. |
