What to Expect:

In order to obtain a thorough history you can expect a typical visit to last at least 1 hour. Plan on arriving 15 minutes before your appointment to complete the patient intake form or download and complete the patient intake form (PDF) before your visit. We recommend bringing copies of your most recent labs done within the last year.

We offer free 15 minute consults at our office. Please understand that no advice will be given at this time, but we will answer any questions or hesitations you may have about whether naturopathic medicine can be helpful to you.

Your insurance plan will probably not list naturopathic physicians as providers, but reimbursement may be possible. We cannot guarantee that your provider will reimburse you, but we will provide you with a form that you can submit to your insurance company.
