Journey of a TriAthlete part 2; Lessons Learned
Lessons I have learned? It doesn't take to long to recognize your deficiencies when you begin training for a triathlon. May I share a few? The first thought was, I can swim and ride a bike, but I hate running. So I began with the weak link, and I began by running a mile. The next day I ran a mile and walked a mile. The third day I ran a mile and walked 2 miles. Every day I added more time to my walk, working up to an hour. After that I began to run 2 miles and then 3, and so forth until I was able Read more [...]

Sunscreen is an important and necessary product that we use on a regular basis here in Arizona. Lack of Oxygen causes Cancer?
The foundation of cancer treatment at East Valley Naturopathic Doctors is based on the profound research of Otto Warburg. Otto Warburg, M.D.,Ph.D., proved that a 35% reduction in oxygen caused any cell to either die or turn cancerous. Cancer is the body, at the cellular level, attempting to survive by reverting to a primitive survival mechanism. Surprisingly, it’s that simple. Most normal healthy cells get their energy by using oxygen in a process called “respiration.” This can be contrasted Read more [...]

How Dirty is Your Soap?
Have you ever looked at the ingredients listed on your bar of soap or body wash before? If your answer is no than you definitely should.
